As a participant of this course, you as a professional coach will develop effective frameworks to coach teams by applying Solution-Focused value-based tools to enhance engagement, collaboration, and flexibility as well as creative and strategic thinking.
This course examines and defines the structure and principles within a team dynamic to set clear, consistent, and measurable outcomes. The aim is to support team members to shift from competitiveness towards engagement, dynamic curiosity, mutual trust and respect.
During the three days, you will learn and practice how to celebrate the contributions of team members, the team’s values and their alignment to them. You as the coach will work with the team on expanding their ways of being creative within different contexts, move from ideas to actions as well as improve team dialogue. Another focus of the course is for you to become proficient in supporting the team to resolve conflict situations by learning different personality traits, styles, mindsets and team dynamics.
