INDIVIDUAL COACHING
WHAT IS COACHING?
Great questions guide us toward determining our deepest purpose and strongest future" - Marilyn Atkinson
Coaching is the art of opening up the space for the client to utilise the whole of the brain system to achieve whatever they wish. There is no advice given in coaching and the client always finds his/her own solutions. Everyone who is looking for change, development, project support can benefit from coaching. The process encourages the client to see a particular situation from different angles and choose the alternative that is right for them at any given time.
As coaches we see the client as having all the necessary resouces he/she needs and remain totally non-judgemental through the coaching process.

Structure of Coaching Sessions
The Coaching can take place face to face, online or by phone. The duration of the session may vary depending on the agenda of the client but generally take 60 minutes.
It is recommended that the coaching sessions take place once every 15 days for the first 5-6 sessions and once a month for the following sessions. Timing to be agreed according to customer’s need and requirements. Although a minimum of 6 sessions is recommended, 8-10-12 sessions generally yield better results.
INITIAL INTAKE SESSION: This session includes a 30 min. introduction to coaching and a 30 min coaching session. It is free of charge!

During the sessions the team members become aware of their weaknesses and strengths and notice any gaps where they may need training.
